Entwicklung von Forschungsformaten als Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprozess

Abstract

Das Forschungs- und Entwicklungsmodell des Oberstufen-Kollegs hat sich in den letzten Jahren erneut weiterentwickelt und sich dabei in seinen Formaten ausdifferenziert. In diesem Beitrag werden die unterschiedlichen Formate beschrieben und auf den Ansatz der Praxisforschung bezogen, da dieser grundlegend für das Forschungs- und Entwicklungsmodell ist. Der Abgleich der Formate mit Kriterien für Praxisforschung macht deutlich, dass nicht alle den Maximen der Praxisforschung entsprechen, gleichwohl aber der Logik von Forschung und Entwicklung folgen. Deutlich wird daran auch, dass die Entwicklung der verschiedenen Formate selbst der Logik eines Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprozesses folgt.

The research and development model of the Oberstufen-Kolleg in Bielefeld, Germany, has continued to evolve in recent years and has become more differentiated in terms of its formats. This article describes the different formats and relates them to practitioner research, as this concept is fundamental to the research and development model. In comparing the formats with the criteria for practitioner research it becomes evident that not all of them correspond to the maxims of practitioner research, but nevertheless follow the logic of research and development. It also becomes clear that the development of the different formats itself follows the logic of a research and development process.
